Even after all my years in the Premium Finance industry, I still frequently get questioning looks when I talk about what my company does.
While premium financed life insurance is a relatively common investment strategy – it is often only utilized by people in the industry, or those with especially deep pockets.
Financial Advisors for the ultra-rich are familiar with this investment strategy, but every advisor should have it in their back pocket for a certain group of their clientele.
Who is this “certain group”? Well, many people who could benefit from this approach are never made aware that they’re eligible.
Our clients’ professions include:
Small-to-medium sized Business Owners
Entrepreneurs
Doctors and Dentists
Attorneys
C-Level Executives
Commercial Real Estate Professionals
…And that is just to name a few.
If you work in a field with high income potential and are advanced in your career, odds are, not only would you qualify for PFLI, but you could see a wide variety of benefits from this strategy.
These benefits include protecting your assets today and building wealth for tomorrow, all within a tax-free environment.
Who is Eligible for a Premium Life Insurance Policy?
You don’t have to be the founder of a Fortune 500 company to be eligible for premium financed life insurance.
At Enhanced Funding Solutions, we work with diverse clientele with varying networks and financial goals.
It is also not reserved for those who need wildly large life insurance policies. As someone who secured their first PFLI policy at the age of 25 – and has enjoyed real returns ever since – I can personally attest to the fact that the sooner you start, the better off you are.

Put simply, this investment vehicle can help people who come from a wide variety of financial backgrounds secure their future.
How to Qualify for a Premium Financing
The minimum requirement to qualify for a PFLI policy requires clients to have household earnings of $200,000 per year and make a $35,000 yearly contribution for 5, 7 or 10 years.
This contribution, when combined with additional funding from a lender, overfunds the policy.
The insurance company then pays interest on that large value, which has historically provided a IRR of 8%-15%.
While you do not have to be an experienced investor to qualify for premium financed life insurance, many of our clients:
Have a broad investment portfolio
Hold diverse and fully-funded retirement accounts
Own at least one property, plus sophisticated equity and fixed investments
Our firm works one-on-one with each client and their financial advisor(s) to assess their current policy and financial portfolio while comparing it against their future needs and goals.
We analyze personal factors including risk tolerance, interest and time.
